Stefan 
              is the longest-serving member of the GML team, and has been responsible for supervising the growth of the firm 
              from three professionals in London in 1990 to its present form. 
              He has particular expertise in structuring complex and analytically-intensive 
              transactions, and manages the firm’s risk exposure from the 
              standpoint of legal and counterparty issues. 
			
			Stefan is responsible 
              for the firm’s proprietary trading  
            Stefan 
              began his career after university by spending three and a half years 
              as an Associate in the International Corporate Finance Department 
              of Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated in New York. Whilst there, 
              he executed numerous Euromarket financings on behalf of US issuers, 
              which included convertible and equity-linked financings, fixed rate 
              bonds and floating rate notes. He also structured various mortgage-backed 
              financings which were privately-placed in Japan, and worked on a 
              number of cross-border M&A transactions. This was followed by 
              two and a half years trading the Eurobond syndicate book for Kidder, 
              Peabody International Limited in London, where he priced and traded 
              fixed, floating rate, and equity-linked new Eurobond issues. 
            An 
              American by birth, Stefan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 
              Economics cum laude from Harvard University in 1983, and his studies 
              included significant coursework in computer programming, which he 
              also taught. He is married with three children aged 17, 15 and 13and lives in Notting Hill, and enjoys an active outdoor life in 
              Southern Maine during the summer, where he spends as much time as 
              possible on boats.

			 Ted 
              Stohner is primarily responsible for running GML’s businesses 
              in Russia: debt trading, debt recovery, and creditor representation. 
              He also analyses and trades distressed debts in other emerging countries. 
               
            Prior 
              to joining GML, Mr. Stohner worked for a boutique investment banking 
              firm in Moscow. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University 
              of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics.
